jiraiya and minato <=> madara ? (amaterasu is too slow for them, tsukuyomi will hurt them but they could overcome it (only time-tsukuyomi known is itachi's own), susanoo will kill his stamina while jiraiya has unlimited (sage) and both are incredibly fast
meteors can't be used because he'll die too
