Looks: Stryker is a tall fellow with an athletic build. His skin is a dark tan color, what can be seen of it anyway. At the top of his head sits a patch of jet black hair, no more than a couple inches long and standing on end. This is except for the sides which have been trimmed down further. Peering under his hair is a set of piercing blue eyes, which rarely miss a thing. The rest of his face is hidden by a Kakashi Hatake style mask, roughly the same color as his eyes. As for attire, he is usually seen in a ninja vest with black sleeves, and matching pants. He wears lightweight combat boots that are custom made for endurance running.
Personality: Two main phrases can be used to describe Strykers personality: 'Actions speak louder than words' and 'Think before you act'. He is a man of very few words, but when he does speak, it is important. Stryker thinks of most speech as a waste of time, and would prefer to use this time gathering whatever info he can from the person, situation, or conversation had by others. He believes in hard work, and always follows his orders without question. He rarely lets any emotion show, but can be subject to intense anger when he sees loved ones hurt.

Background Information
History: Stan "Stryker" Rogers was born on the outskirts of the land of fire. He had many brothers and sisters, and nearly all of them aspired to be ninja, like their father. In his spare time at home, his Father even began to teach them the beginning techniques to through kunai, shuriken, and other ninja tools. Having a natural affinity for this, his father began to call young Stan the name "Stryker".
After returning from a mission in the Mist village, his father seemed distant. Curious as he was, this started line of questioning from Stryker. "What's going on, Dad?", "What are you looking at?", "Are you OK?", "Are you sure?", "What do you keep staring out the window for?" After this last question, his Dad looked down at him and began to speak right before Stryker heard glass shatter and felt the spray of glass shards on his arms. Looking back up once more, Stryker's view was flooded with red. First from the sight of his Fathers blood, then from the blinding rage that consumed him after. Stryker is, to this day, still blurry on the details of that day, but as described by his siblings, Stryker struck fast. Grabbing three kunai still lodged in his father and hurled them back in the direction they came from, hitting three members of a Hidden Mist tracking squad.
After this, he took a vow that he would never again distract another with his words and began his training, honing his skills the best he could before finding a teacher to take him on.
