Out of all the examples of scans you could have chosen you chose one with EDO Madara? Lol What he did was the definition of fighting carelessly and I'm quite sure you know that and yet you still chose to use such a useless scan? She wasn't even alone she had the Gokage with her and still...anyways to each his own.

I don't remember that being specifically said,but i do remember Gai telling Naruto,Sasuke,and Sakura that he is stronger than Kakashi,and Sasuke saying he's faster than Kakashi.
