Strongest Wrestler Itachi Can Beat?

The Base seems to have a pretty good idea of how powerful Itachi is, so I pose to all of you this challenge: who is the strongest wrestler Itachi Uchiha could defeat in a fight? Remember, John Cena cannot be seen by the Sharingan, even the Mangekyo, though I'd have a TON of trouble believing Itachi could beat Cena even if he could see him. My vote is for Zack Ryder.
