[Discussion] Strongest weapon in One Piece (if it is ever used)

I think the strongest weapon has to be sea stone arrows embedded with Haki. Originally, i thought bullets would be better but some people might argue that sea stone is scarce, hence I would suggest arrows which can be easily retrieved.

If we think about it, the Black Beard's DF is essentially a seastone. And most people already call it the strongest DF.

I added Haki to amplify the effect of the arrow. True, that the arrow would hit any person (whether he has a DF or not) but the impact would not be that huge. (I am signalling a weapon that would affect both DF and non DF users)
