Strongest Villain in Naruto Part 1?

It was probably Orochimaru but when it was the time of changing bodies he was devastatedly weak and yeah he was the main antagonist of part 1.

Now I suppose it would be Kimmimaro. I mean before you flame on me let me say he freakin has bones and is said to have surpassed his whole clan. He was so strong that Naruto, Rock Lee, and Gaara wouldn't even bring him down plus he beat his whole group of Sound Five and Orochimaru wanted him to be his next vessel.

If he were to go against other Jonin or the other enemies in part 1 he would win except against Orochimaru because I think he's loyal to him and plus Oro would kill him.

Itachi Uchiha. In part 1 he made Kurenai and Kakashi look like genin compared to him. He also escaped the J-mans inescapable jutsu.

itachi since he owned practically everyone in part 1 though we did see hashirama he was not at his full power.

I mean exclude Itachi and Kisame and what was the strongest person that Naruto encountered in part 1 besides Gaara? Kimimaro he struck fear in Tayuya and well yeah Itachi did beat Kakashi and Kurenai. But I can't believe Naruto lost to Kimi even though i guess its plot no jutsu
