actually the hidden mist is the strongest millitary village, even the leaf village agrees with that.

Has the cloud ever shown to have an Akutski-class criminal ?

No.

Every other village has had an Akutski-class criminal rogue ninja...

Can't argue logic, can we ? I'm open for debate, never the less.

Edit: as for said mist village, they did have the swordsmen, tho they were beat by leaf, and or beat in general. Nun survived; most recently to die was our snarky friend--Kisame.

Other than that - every village has their own strength; nun of which are generic- all unique.
