Strongest Uninformed About Characters

This is essentially for ninja that were highly hyped up but never expanded upon. For example:

-Mangetsu Hozuki: We never got to see Mangetsu's feats with this sword but considering the other swordsmen got swords this was clearly his sword of choice despite not having it due to Chojuro it would have been awesome writing for Mangetsu to kill Chojuro for it and maybe have Mei of been involved with the fight between the 7 ninja swordsmen and maybe take out Lee & Sakura

-Sakumo Hatake: More famous than the sannin in their youth but i believe their true strength was shown later in life with Jiraya gaining Sage Mode, Orochimaru experimenting on his body, and Tsunade furthering her Medical Skills

-Kagami Uchiha: Danzo said he saved his life time after time so he may be the superior ninja to a young Danzo Shimura

-Fugaku Uchiha: Leader of the Uchiha Clan(Clearly this wasn't he Uchiha's strongest time with Itachi & Shisui being the only real standouts but being the leader of the Police Force his skills were at least Mid Jounin around Asuma level i'd guess. and him having 3T sharingan which really isn't that common most only get 1-2 if at all

-Setsuna Uchiha: He was fed up with Tobirama and was planning to rebel he was in the Konoha Police Force and as the picture shows the other 2 have 3T sharingan it isn't a stretch to assume he also has it

He said Mangetsu mastered all the swords yet all we got was one panel of him. I'm not surprised though, it's Kishit. And Fugaku was the leaser of the strongest clan in Konoha yet we never saw why or how that came to be.

can you tell in the pic with the other uchiha, if setsuna has his sharingan on or not? I cant .. but maybe that is a sharingan since its not completely dark like his hair. Compare the contrast between his hair/eyes with the other uchiha's hair/eyes.
