Indra is not actually an "Uchiha", he may be the one that started it but he is not an actual Uchiha.

At any point Current Madara would probably win 1v2 against Ashura&Indra, so I don't think you need to include them at all.

The list is pretty clear.

1. Madara Uchiha, EMS vs EMS he beats every Uchiha, and Current Madara beats everyone.

2. Obito Uchiha, yes at his Prime he was stronger than Sasuke, don't even try to say anything.

3. Sasuke Uchiha, Rikudou gave him this place on a plate, nothing more to say.

The rest is not important, Itachi/Shisui probably share spot 4.

Hes the progenitor of the Uchiha, just as Ashura is the progenitor of the Senju. Remember the Uchiha and Senju were one the Ootsuki (not sure if thats the right spelling)
