Edo Madara. He seems to be extremely overpowered. But of the ones that didn't get a power boost from Kabuto, Its Sasuke. He has the most power right now, then its Itachi.

Sauske has yet to achieve rinnengan, Not to meantion the fact that Madara stole the bloodline limit for wood seal and can use it to its full power.

The only matching abilities we have seen them both preform so far is Katon jutsu. By that alone we see they are on completely different levels.

All the eye techniques we have seen from Madara have been during him having EMS and Rinnengan and we have yet to see Sauske use his EMS for comparison.
