Strongest to Weakest Konoha 11

I agree that Naruto, Sasuke, and Sai should not be on the list. The following is a list that if the former not including Sai were to die would be the most powerful or Top Jonin in the village, not usefullness or any crap like that and brief reasons why. The Top 3 are interchangeable due to certain situations.

1. Neji-Bykugan, Rightful heir to Head of Hygua clan(Top Clan in Village)
2. Rock Lee- 8 Gates...Next Guy Sensei
3. Choji- Butterfly Mode
4. Shino- Creepy ass bugs that most cannot avoid
5. Shikamaru-Intellegence, First Chunin/Jonin of the class
6. Sakura- OP Taijutsu and Medical Kunochi (Potential to move up once she loses cry no jutsu)
7. Kiba- Bad ass explosive shit, sensor, Akamaru(****ing awesome, think ima kiba fanboy idk)
8. Hinata- Bykugan, average taijutsu skills, some medical skills
9. Ino-O___O she can switch my mind oooohhh....epic fail
10. Ten Ten- OMG you found my only weakness...alot of Kunai...major epic fail

. Yes compared. Meaning who is overall a better shinobi. That doesn't mean who can best another in a fight. Everyone has a counter. They all have their strengths and weaknesses and shikamaru has showed his strengths and found ways around his weaknesses (scrolls, vials, Chakra knives ) Shikamaru can compensate for his lack of ninjutsu with such things.

The OP shows nothing to suggest it's based on who is overall a better Shinobi. Reading the other posts and previous K11 ranking threads you'll find very few compare the K11 on overall Shinobi skills. This is especially since the thread title is "strongest to weakest" and the original poster numbered eleven characters for us to rank. One would assume it's based on who can beat who in a fight and not whose skills are overall better as a Shinobi.

I was answering your question of why people put shikamaru so close to the top. You were naming counters for him and not compensating for his skills as an overall shinobi. I am sorry you viewed my argument that way, I was just saying many people see strongest and interpret it differently, and that is why some lists disagree with yours(and others) lol. While you did mention at least once or twice that people can interpret this thread differently you were mostly telling me this thread was an overall Shinobi skills thread and not a versus thread. ^_^

i dont think so he has yet to shown he can beat anyone in a one on one all his fight were pre-planned fights.
