Choji has the butterfly & took on an entire battlefield by himself & Kakazu & Lee has the hyped 8 gates mode that fodderized Kisame & Guy was gonna use to fight 2 bijuus , they are definately top tier .

Shikamaru is far too low and Kiba is far too high, switch their positions in all honesty. I won't make a list as I've responded to threads like this multiple times but I just figured I'd make a point of you horribly understimating/overstimating Shika and Kiba respectively.

I seriously don't know if you can rate them from weakest to strongest i just know the top 5 would be naruto, neji, shino, lee and shika (not in any order but ofcourse naruto's 1st). Not choji because his not versetile enough.

In my opinion that is and from what we've seen of them in Shippuden, this is my list.. but I'm unsure of Lee's and Neji's positions if they should be switched around and I feel I've ranked Sai, Kiba and Choji to low.. and Sakura and Hinata I'm also still thinking about.. I think some of them are also equal in strength such as Neji and Lee.
IMO, they all have different strengths and weaknesses so it's difficult to put them in order of strongest to weakest..

It's a ranking thread on strongest to weakest, basing it entirely on overall skills to determine who places above or below the other. It's a versus thread on their skills as Shinobi compared to one another.

. Yes compared. Meaning who is overall a better shinobi. That doesn't mean who can best another in a fight. Everyone has a counter. They all have their strengths and weaknesses and shikamaru has showed his strengths and found ways around his weaknesses (scrolls, vials, Chakra knives ) Shikamaru can compensate for his lack of ninjutsu with such things.

to bad choji isnt that strong, i wish for it. his butterfly mode was epic in part 1
