Based off the chuunin exams, this is easily team sand and team guy.

I give it to team sand because they don't have a weak link. Team guy has tenten who is terrible.

probably Team Gai, because Neji and Lee are both very strong. I wish they showed a little bit more of Tenten, shes quite undeveloped as a character, but she is also very strong
