No, I think you missed the part if the manga where it said the Sanbi couldn't properly control its power due to not sustaining enough time with a host, and that's why it lost to deidra and "Tobi" so easily, and the number if tails determines amount of chakra more than it does power

if we go by myth alone then the kyuubi is without a doubt the strongest and the hachibi would be next..

if we also go by myth the hachibi was also said to be an 8 tailed snake .-. and it was supposed to have ingested the sword of kusanagi to give it chakra equal to that of the kyuubi ... but as we know kishi doesnt always follow everything exactly and made the damn hachibi an ox-tapus instead .-.

Its difficult to rank the bijuu in terms of strength. The only bijuu we can say for sure is the strongest is the kyuubi, which is probably stronger than all the others combined. All the other bijuu's rank is just based on guesses.

I took it as kind of joke to try to get Kurama to stop being a douche and help out. After the Kurama, Gyuki is the strongest but isn't able to take on the other 7 at one time, while half of Kurama could. Kurama is op as **** Lol
