Gai could stomp any of them. The gates are just too much for Neji/Hiashi/Hizashi too handle. Not all at once though.

So far, I will have to Say Uchiha Madara is extremely fast and strong. What he showed at the battle-field was beyond impressive. The man was a war-veteran after all. My vote goes to him.

Gai's 8 gates - he hasn't gone up till this point, yet - will take him above a single Kage. I can't see how this guy beats Tsunade, or A. After Madara, I think Itachi, A, Tsunade, Gai, and Neji are pretty good. Even Sasuke has shown impressive feats against V1 A.

Why have the raikage go in to take the blow when you have someone else who can regenerate from almost any attack? It was more logical for tsunade to tank it than the raikage at the time because tsunade was using byakugou
