Id probably have to go with Fukasaku and Shima they are freakin strong as hell... they are perfect sages and has the skill set and more to take down almost/pretty much any opponent.

Well Fukasaku & Shima are apparently together in this... they are extremely strong, can use ninjutsu & Genjutsu, they are extremely intelligent and skilled in combat quickly figuring out a strategy and they can crush an opponent with a single move.... and Fukasaku & shima could also summon the other toads....

Hum, i've forgotten about this one. BTW, maybe i'm wrong but i don't think even Amaterasu can kill them

Enma transforms and cuts through hashiramas wood like breeze, pushes the kyuubi out of konoha increases taijutsu by transforming. Strongest summon.
Manda II is also a beast, seized an island
Fusaku is a freaking sage and is a baws but I still think enma was of more use and is stronger. :shrug:
