I mostly questioned the Hanzo one given Hanzo's hype. Jiraiya literally thought that Hanzo couldn't be defeated by a single man which could include Minato as well.

The rest, I agree. He can't handle them.

I would like to think he could at least go Toe to Toe with Part 2 sasuke (that team 7 fought at Oro's hide out). Since the fight got stopped before he could get serious.

Just a shame he lacks combat feats.
