i don't really see mihawk winning just because donflamingo can stop his movement. if donflamingo can stop jozu's movement fairly easily, i think he can stop mihawk easily and then kill him with his f*ck you finger. U_U

lol , i think mihawk is strongest because he can track pretty much anything , and his skills with a sword is still like 5 billion times that of zoros , all the shichibukai had hard fights in marineford , and mihawk is yet to be exausted or harmed in the whole series though... , and we havent seen much of either donflamingo or mihawk
