Strongest Sharingan User

The title of your thread and what you state in your thread are different.
Strongest user and best user are two completely different things. Also since you mentioned sharigan im not sure why people are including madara, he hasnt really shown much feats using the sharigan. (not ms)

Anyway ill go by what you said in the thread.
Best users;

1. Tobi (he hasnt shown much but gaining control of the fox is impressive, also we can assume he controlled the 3rd mizukage with a sharigan)

2. Itachi (sharigan genjutsu specialist)

3. Sasuke (suppressed the fox's power in naruto, also used it very well against deidora)

4. Madara (although he hasnt shown much sharigan feat, he was capale of paralysing an enemy in an instant with the sharigan)

5. Kakashi (he has shown great feats using this for a non uchiha and deserves a shout out)

everyone dont forget kakashi he might not be a pure blooded uchiha but he is skilled in the MS, and his MS ability is strong i must say, but thinking to it itachi seems the best WITH THE INFO we have so far, because madara is lacking in info, i mean we dont even know his MS abilities
