What you miss was the there was 2 Mizukage in the field. One to where it was fighting Gaara and one to which was with the claim the whole time. So your evidence to disprove that Joki can't be in the same time as Genjutsu hold no water to say.

Sounds like a concession as you made a claim that was debunk and did not provide sufficed evidence to have Tsunade fight something faster then her, repel physical attack, plus shape manipulation to can be use to decapitate, making her healing useless.
