Tengai tensi isn't a jutsu made of chakra yet Madara used his Susano for it so your point is actually not true .
Nope .if sasuke had used ameno like every time and PS teleported only because it was connected to him , then the distance covered shouldnt have been relative to His Susano size ,the range can't be relative to the PS size unless susano is what used the ability,by Sasuke's will ofc, not sasuke .

In order to channel your jutsu through the susano it is either Susano uses its own chakra or the user supplies it with chakra .either way BPS has got a new massive chakra supply so giving its feats to PS isn't accurate until PS shows this kind of feat .
Not to mention that teleportation was the first thing his PS did after gaining Biju chakra which was obviously a showcase of its new power and potential .

If that was the case then Sasuke wouldn't have run out of chakra when he used Indra's Arrow, which was a combination of his chakra and the Bijuu's chakra. The shinobi uses his own chakra and the tech is channeled onto/through the Susanoo instead. A stronger Susanoo means the tech is better, not that you can't channel said tech at all.

BPS can use Chidori as well, but it's far stronger than PS's Chidori. So the only thing you can argue is that his range isn't as large, which would still make no sense since the level of the jutsu doesn't affect the teleportation range. The last sentence isn't evidence. Sasuke waiting to use Ameno doesn't mean that Ameno can't be used with PS.

Holding this massive amounts of Chakra,which the combined chakra of biju is ,and further manipulating it takes from Sasuke a lote of chakra on its own so He doesn't necessarily mix his chakra directly with the Ninjutsu of Susano, specially BPS whose Ninjutsu comes directly from the humanoid body of biju chakra, and would still lose a lot of chakra .

The last sentence is a clue .Sasuke teleporting with his PS just the moment it is fuelled with Biju chakra though he has used his PS multiple times before and after without teleporting with it is a clue .

To conclude i dont think We can claim that Sasuke can use Ameno through his regular PS as long as we can not deny the possibility of Sasuke using the Biju chakra to Make his PS use Ameno and as long as the only time sasuke teleported with PS was just a second after fueling it with Biju chakra.
