Not a Perfect Jin. Since being able to go BM Would give him access to much larger sand manipulation,more chakra. Shukakus powerful sealing jutsu, a more durable defense, giant wind bullets, & bijuu damas would neg alot of people putting him around <= BM Killer Bee.

Just the one who fought Deidara since that one was pretty damn strong anyways.

I think the strongest person non perfect Jin Gaara could beat is Kisame.

Terrain disadvantage would be too much for Kisame to overcome.

I also believe he would be able to beat Deidara more times than not depending on intel med diff.

I thought about him beating Kisame honestly but GSB and a few other techniques make me feel otherwise

I just feel that in a desert, the scale of GSB would have to be so great to even hit Gaara. Especially a gaara that can fly high in the sky and near instantly gather a village size shield of sand Which GSB wouldnt be able to cover. Not to mention where Kisame would get that water from unless you think he can spit out a desert load of water lol Before gaara crushes him
