Lee has no feats in the 6th gate that would even support him being able to use this technique at any level. But lets give Lee fictional attacks. Are you even reading what you are typing and what the databook is saying or are you just posting to post?

The 6th Gate grants Asa Kujaku like the 8th Gate grants EE and Night Guy. Crying about fanfiction when you have no counter argument and bolding irrelevant phrase in your post only makes you look dumb. It doesn't change the facts.

The Sixth Gates enables Gai to use Asa Kujaku because it provides him the speed necessary to even do so in the first place. I think it's faulty logic to pivot on Lee's ability to open the Sixth Gates as the reason for him to use Asa Kujaku unless his speed is proven to be on Gai's level which is illogical given the portrayal Gai has received. I'm not going to throw my opinion out as a fact because it's not, but I don't see anything ridiculous in either one's point of view honestly.

Plus, it literally says it works by opening up the 6th gate, which gives Gai the capability to use Morning Peacock. No where does it imply that it's exclusive to Gai. It's the power up that the 6th gate grants. It only mentions Gai's name, because as you said, it only covers up to so many chapters, which was way before Lee had access to the 6th gate. Besides, opening the 8th gate allowed Gai to unlock EE and Night Gai, which is something Gai couldn't of trained for. Lmao, laughable.

Taka Sasuke is not proficient with Amaterasu yet, which is why we see it taking some time to spawn, giving Bee the time to block it. Rock Lee also being a CQC fighter will likely pressure Sasuke, not even allowing him to utilize Amaterasu in the first place. His best and only bet is Nagashi.

I think that suffices to say Kitsuchi is very proficient in CQC, in addition to his world renown Doton. Both don't really have feats, but hype certainly favors Kitsuchi.

Sasuke only dodged and captured Bee in genjutsu because of his linear attacks.

I never said he was. Simply, if you're the commander of the entire close range division, that means he has to be extremely proficient in CQC. How much faster do you think 6G Lee is in comparison to a V2 Ginkaku? I don't think a whole lot faster.
