-His version of the Kusanagi Sword
-The Curse Mark of Heaven
-Chidori variants (Stream, Spear, Senbon, etc.) (note that the Raiton can numb and paralyze people)
-Sharingan precognition
-Sharingan Genjutsu
-Impressive speed and reflexes
-So on and so forth

*No Orochimaru upgrades such as Oral Rebirth, snake regeneration, Striking Shadow Snakes, etc.

So instead of standing there watching, he can just fight back.

What Sasuke pulled was exactly the same thing as what Orochimaru did.

If it was a sharingan genjustu, he would be in a hypnosis unable to move his body.
