Who can each k11 member can beat in their current strength excluding from 9tails chakra? This question is not for Naruto or Sasuke by the way, just for others; some of them just did not have enough screen time, so we can only make assumptions, and just to remind you, manga is the only thing canon.These fights should be fair and they can not use techniques which would kill them; we can also spar them with deceased ninjas.

Neji can't beat anyone because he is dead
None, they are all fodders
Ino: well, her skills are mostly good for team work, but she was able to fight with some strategy against Sakura...I would say Sakura again, i can't think of anyone stronger she can beat alone.
Shikamaru: He beat Hidan with intel and preparation; i highly doubt he can do better than this in his current state.
Chouji: Every single one of the sound 4 with ease.
Neji: Kankuro(once Neji gets close, he is doomed and Neji can deflect the attacks with kaiten) or maybe Temari(same with Kankuro)
Lee: I would say...Kankuro because a puppetmaster is weak against a close range fighter, especially if s/he is in Lee's level; he could also beat Neji and maybee Temari.
Tenten: ...She can 1-shot someone with her banana fan thingy i think(if that does not work, she would be doomed)...Someone not that strong or fast, maybeee Sakura if she can 1-shot?If she can't, Konohamaru.
Kiba: Konohamaru, maybe Tenten(i am saying only these people because he is more of a tracker type than a fighter imo, but he can own these ones with fang over fang and speed)
Hinata: She can beat Kidomaru in her current state i suppose.
Shino: He kinda tied with Kankuro in part 1, i think he can offically beat him now. He can olso take down Sakon-Ukon dudes.
Sakura: I really don't know...Beginning of part 2; she was someone who can go against Sasori with one person's help; then she turned into a person who got kicked on the chest from that Omoi guy...But i still think she can beat Omoi or Karui if she got her s**t together, Kankuro too, since she has some intel about puppet users.
Well, these are my assumptions just to let you know they are my opinions; they do not have to make super-sense since i am not a genius on sparring fictional characters and everybody's opinions differs; please respect others.

Lol. Neji.. Would.. Break all of Sasori's puppets with a single rotation. Hyuga clan is the strongest clan in the Hidden Leaf currently. Yes, it is said in the manga sometime during the fight against the 10 tails.
