Her weaker version of the Uzumaki's sealing chains deal only physical damage and would you look at that, Sakura has a ninjutsu which negates physical attacks. Besides, Sakura has become too fast for Karin. The latter couldn't outpace a 70 year old man, yet the former blitzed a much younger person with even more Sharingan.

Karin can do same and actually has better regeneration feats than sakura, and please show me where it says that the chain only does physical damage cause databook disagrees. And please don't bring speed in this cause sakura couldn't even dodge the juubi spikes

Karin's chains aren't strong enough to restrict a tailed beast.
