Who do you guys think is a stronger group of individuals?

The Admirals or CP-0


Both consist of 3 members and the admirals are called the strongest of the marines while CP-0 is stated to be the strongest of the intelligence organization.

If the two were to collide who do you believe is stronger. Even though we don't have any information of CP-0 currently, if you could make a intelligent guess, who who you think was a stronger group

As long as I know, Admirals were called strongest force out of World Goverment not just Marines, which would make them stronger than CP0.

First of all we don't know if cp-0 is just 3 people big, CP9 also was introduced smaller until they arrived at Enies Lobby.

Second I believe it was not translated as strongest but as most dangerous. Judging from the control they had over the news across the entire world, and being called an intelligence branch. Dangerous could also be about their influence and propaganda in the world. They can set people or even entire kingdoms up and make or break reputations. They can also cover-up without anybody knowing.

They might did the same with the Crocodile fiasco in Arabasta and Moriah who was assassinated by the WG.

I think that is their purpose in this story, they can probably throw a good punch, but I don't expect them to be the final defense of the WG.

I wanted to see how powerful you would conceive them to be. It should be clear that they are in a separate league from CP-9. Also, with them being called the strongest of the World Governments Intelligence Agency/Assassins, how would you imagine they would stand against admirals. Especially with their hype suggesting they are in admiral range.

Hmmm. I understand your point. I didn't mean to suggest that they were the WG final defense. I was just wondering that based of the strength of CP-9, and knowing that CP-0 is stronger, would you believe them to be near or on admiral level and able to compete with them.

But suggesting that it could have meant they are the most dangerous could also give credit to their strength level.

The admirals.

Chipher Pol is a spy/assassination organization. They aren't even legitimately meant for direct confrontation.


It simply means (the quotes from Robin and Law) they are the most dangerous of the Cipher Pol Agencies. My guess is they'll have a fightimg style that's basically Rokushiki plus Haki. Plausibly adding on Devil fruits which will likely carry a theme (plausibly CP-9's animal theme).

They will probably rival top Vice Admirals I'm power. Basically just below the admirals.

Power levels and tiers are a bit tricky in op, but no doubt cp-0 are below admirals. We've only gotten a glimpse into yhe admirals powers anyways.

why do you believe that?

In one piece the higher the rank they are the more powerful they are.Commander in Chief>FA>Admiral>VA>RA. So I don't see why the Gorosei would be an exception.
