Well no, technically he's not. Konoha 11 excludes The Sand Siblings and Sasuke, but people seem to add them anyway to compare.

They had to release their stage 2's in a 4vs2 against Genma and Raido (who are Jounins) and were taxed out after the fight. I'd put them a little above Chuunin but definitely under Jounin.

Yeah I'm starting to think Kidomaru should be higher. His ability to hide and accurately attack from long range definitively gives him some points..

Yep, Neji vs Kidomaru was the worst match-up. Any other (except Naruto) would've definitively had lost.

why does this have 4 pages? yes its the OP's list its been pretty much spelled out in that order, and kimimaro beat all 4 of them in curse mark lvl 1 without breaking a sweat its been shown.
