Fuuton and raiton I'd say, we've seen them used both destructively and formed into assasination style jutsus, as well as body augmenting jutsus(raiton armor)

The large shark stores the opponents chakra in it's belly, it's bottomless appetite is sated by it's fangs shredding the enemy to pieces

The opponent's and this jutsu clash, the chakra is eaten which results in a massive release

You wouldn't say that any of these elements have shown better jutsu overall? I've always considered Raiton to be the best offensive since it has shown more potential for penetration (lol) than any other element, even Futon.

Suiton jutsus are best. We have water clones, defensive jutsus, jutsus that absorb chakra , offensive jutsus, water prison to trap enemy, you can change landscape into giant lake to serve your purposes.Easily suiton.

Katon is easily worst if you ask me .

You wouldn't say that any of these elements have shown better jutsu overall? I've always considered Raiton to be the best offensive since it has shown more potential for penetration (lol) than any other element, even Futon.

If I had to judge based on which element had the strongest jutsu shown then it'd be Wind due to Naruto's FRS and variants. Raiton is close. I would say that Fire is the weakest element based on what we've seen.

But overall there really isn't a "strongest element", because those techs are that strong because of other factors and each element is weak to and strong against another element.

Doton is the best imo, it has multiple uses for offense and defense as well as support which outbeat the others when we look at them in an all around way
