It, to me, comes down to Gai, Hashirama, Lee, Neji, and... Gaara.

Yes, Gaara. He had to control his darker urges after he foiught Naruto, and was able to do it after a matter of time and was named a Kage. After the Ichibi was taken from him, he STILL had high-level sand manipulation. I think its obvious he trained to achieve his current level.

This is a tough one. As far as ninjas without cheap bloodlines, I'd have to say Hiruzen. They say he knows, like, every jutsu (possible hype) but its not like he's a Senju or anything. The Sarutobi's aren't known for shit, but Hiruzen's done a lot.

It's Minato ,,,He is one of most powerful ninja in NV and 2 nd Strongest KAGE after Hashirama
he stood at the top of the Shinobi world without being a senju/Uchiha .......
No one in NV can match Minato without Senju or Uchiha blood line(even with them we can find only Hashirama with above MInato's level)

Some other ppl wrothy of mention are
Hiruzin,Jiraya,Oro(even without his resrchs he became a sanin),Kakashi some others from other villages but it takes too long

Please? Seriously, the first part I simply bat away by saying that Naruto wouldn't be half as powerful as he was without Kurama. He would have rasengan and maybe even Sage mod, though I doubt he'd be alive as the Fox wouldn't have saved him so many times.

Secondly Trauma isn't hard work, everyone in this damn book has had it. Well most of them anyways, Sasuke's mind just couldn't bloody handle it. Kakashi, Father killed himself, Teacher died, Best friend died and then he failed to save Rin. He didn't break down did he?

Oh my goodness, not the bullshit "Naruto is nothing without Kurama" shit again. That's like saying Hashirama is nothing without mokuton, Obito would have died without his zetsu body and he would be fodder without his sharingan, etc

Kurama is Naruto's power and he worked hard to utilize it, he struggled with the goddamn thing his whole life, because of Kurama his chakra control was horrible and he had to waste 50-60% of his chakra to keep the Bijuu at bay.

And for Sasuke, he's an Uchiha man, he actually worked hard and always kept his feelings to himself, hatred is their power

Hail my internet minions! I have returned, now before you start drooling or thinking who the hell I am? I shall stop you there and quickly direct you to the purpose of this thread. It has come to my attention that we have a lot of mother trucking powerhouses in Naruto. No candle to Goku, but still handing Pikachu back his thunderbolt with a Lollipop.

Now, it goes without saying I hate people like Sasuke and Naruto who where given power. Why you ask? Because Sasuke is blessed with good DNA and Naruto has always turned to the Fox when the going get's tough, face it. Even though he did learn sage mode, which is impressive he still need's the fox's help with most of his major battles. MOST! I SAID MOST! Don't you dare flame me >.> So anyways moving on, I'd like your opinions.... Well, actually i'd like you to post so I can argue with you and get my post count up.

What Ninja do you think is a Shinobi that actually worked for their power and why? Rock Lee? Kakashi and Sakura? Now don't blame them two last ones. Kakashi wasn't an Uchiha and has to use extreme skill to use the Sharringan, also he has epic hair so your argument is invalid. But most of all because he worked for all of his power, without the Sharringan he is still extremely powerful. Able to spar with his teacher while he was only a young wee one. Sakura you ask? Just look at her without that ****ing forced hate and tell me she isn't powerful. Yin-seal? Super strength? Medical Ninjutsu? Having Bazonga's like WOW and a booty like POW! i would say minato and jiraiya coz we dont know much about ther clans
