You should not stick too much in these old chapters, dude. Sasuke can't enter Jinchuuriki's Consciousness Realm because Naruto and Kurama are full synchronized right now.

That does mean he can't enter that means he can't put either of them in genjutsu

You are way totally one sided.
In theory yes Sasuke can control tailed beast but so can Naruto. Naruto currently has 6 tailed beast chakra within himself, 7 if you include Kurama. Sasuke may have PS not confirmed and totsuka blade only belonged to Itachi. totsuka blade is a wine jug that if pierced seals you. Which you know. We've seen Sasuke complete Susanoo and it didn't have the wine jug. His Amaterasu is a problem seeing as he can use it anyway he wants with blaze release. He doesn't have Orochimaru's attacks anymore. The reason why he had Orouchimaru's abilities was because he absorbed the sannin. After Itachi forced Sasuke to use Orouchimaru's power on empty chakra Orouchimaru escaped and was seal, thus releasing Sasuke from Orouchimaru's power and curse seal.

Naruto on the other hand is just as matched as Sasuke. In Kyuubi Chakra Mode Sasuke couldn't fight Naruto toe to toe. He's just to fast. Sasuke could see Naruyo's moves, thanks to Sharingan. Naruto in Bijuu Mode is a whole other story. Sasuke would defiantly need PS to fight him. Kurama's strength matched with Bijuu Mode speed would crush his complete Susanoo I'm not gonna even mention what a Tailed Beast Bomb would do. Sasuke master the chidori but Naruto mastered the rasengan to an even further degree than what Sasuke did. Because technically the FRS is what the chidori is.

When it comes down to it now their equal but Naruto has so much more upgrades. Like 100% of Kurama's chakra and there's still the power of he 6 tailed beast together with Bijuu Mode and the power up that would make him into the SO6P is the combination of all 7 tailed beast combined with sage mode.
