Personally I think Ino is the strongest put of all the kunoichi Mentally/emotionally & Psyically.

In the recent chapters she was able to connect Shikamaru to everyone on the battlefield like her Father, Shes been shows too keep a level head in the most dire situation the situation I'm refusing to is the Anime where Sikamaru and friends are battling the sound 4 again Instead of panicking or crying she got right on trying to figure out the solution to help.
Not to mention she is beautiful,Intellegent,strong willed..ext.

I find Ino has a bit of all the kunoichi in her.

Sakuras Smarts (Actually she's smarter then bother Sasuke & Sakura)
Hinatas determination
Tentens loyalty
& Temari Strong will.
