I count Tsunade as dead. For someone with 2 kekkei genkai, Mei aint all that special. I would have expected a lot more from her. Weakest out of the 5 kage vs Madara (I would have preferred to see her being more powerful than Kishi portrayed her though).

This is probably Sakura now.

The only other contender for that spot would have been Tsunade, but she has been split in half and will die.
People like Mei, Kurotsuchi, Karin, Shizune, Temari, Hinata, Ino are all below Sakura dont you think so?
You cant really call her useless anymore, when she is #1 Kunoichi (without a kekkei genkai or hidden clan I would like to add).

Temari hasn't got any kekkei genkai, but she's jouunin and better than Sakura.

Mei would melt Sakura and Tsunade isn't dead YET although I do think she will die

Yeah, it might be better to wait and see how much she has improved with the Hyakugo and what kind of stuff she can do with it, before being able to conclude who she can take. It is just that I feel that Sakura will turn into Tsunade V2. and a Tsunade V2. can take Mei imo.
