3rd tsuchikage - Onoki
4th Hokage - Minato
4th Raikage - A

this is ridiculous you dont even know anything about the 2 raikage yet you have put him above gaara and gaara's dad and also gaara beat the 2 mizukage so why is he lower than him. also the 2nd mizukage killed the 2nd tsuchikage (killed each other) so they should be equal. and you forgot the 2nd and 3rd hokage. this list has many flaws.

this list looks highly biased because i doubt the 4th is stronger then all of those people. only hokage that i could see in the top 3 is the first everyone else would be around the middle to bottom.

Gaara beat Second Mizukage due to Oonoki's help as far as i remember.
EDIT: Nevermind. Oonoki didn't help Gaara at all. Tsuchikage sucked in this battle.

Please Why the Hell do u keep putting Hiruzen as the 2nd strongest every time list 4 strongest Kage Y. Hiruzen what did he do dat u keep putting hiruzen as the 2nd strongest after all his one of the weakest ....among the Kages and don't even call age Cuz Onoki is far older than the 3rd...
