Lee is fast but Shino's intellect would over come him. Lee isn't a sensor and Shino likes to hide and fight with clones/bugs. Unless Lee went straight into gates mode, then Shino takes this. Once Lee is caught in Shino's jutsu it's over, and he can't avoid forever. The gates have a limited amount of time because they do a lot of damage to the user. We have also seen that Shino can take a hit pretty well. He took a point blank attack from a massive sound wave and brushed it off like it was nothing.

1-Shino/Lee/Sakura (Shino beats Lee, Lee beats Sakura and Sakura beats Shino) It's a matter of who's against who.
