Strongest Jinchuriki (READ FIRST)

Before you start flaming me for a stupid question I'm talking about who has the strongest techniques other than TBB, also I'm excluding Naruto, Bee and Gaara as they had the power of plot no jutsu. This also isn't a question of 'Who has the strongest tailed beast with the most chakra' its purely based on the unique techniques shown in the manga, here are some examples from each:

4 Tails: Magma element- blazing boulder stream

3 Tails: Water element: Water mirrror technique

6 tails: Water element: Bubble boom technique

You must be registered for see links

7 tails: Secret technique: Scale camouflage

You must be registered for see links

There's a few more but I'm sure you get the idea by now, who has shown the strongest techniques?
