Strongest in Naruto

Who is the strongest character in naruto (by just analysing they're taijutsu genjutsu and ninjutsu so basically no dojutsu,jinchuriki's no keke genkai no edo's no dead guys etc. )But you can still add characters like naruto but just without sage mode and being a jinchuriki

Ummm Dojutsu,Jinchuuriki jutsu and kekkei genkai all come under ninjutsu/taijutsu (except sharingan genjutsu)

1.Hashirama (no mokuton)
2.Minato (no Kyuubi Chakra)
3.Tobirama/Kabuto (both no edos)
4.Tobirama/Kabuto (both no edos)
5.3rd Raikage
6.Trollkage
7.Orochimaru (no edo)/ Jiraiya

There are so many strong people with KKG etc. so this list was hard to make. I cannot see even Madara (who relies on his eyes) in top 15 because 99% of his power comes from his eyes.
