But you're more than welcome to express your personal speculation.

Tsunade solos Neji, so deal with it and so does Hiruzen as well.

] In the ViZ scan Jiraiya even says that there are no one who can stand shoulder to shoulder with Tsunade in regards to battle or medical ninjutsu.
2. The Juuken isn't working like that. Closing one chakra point isn't enough. Hell, even part1 Hinata and part1 Naruto were able to fight after Neji sealed most of their chakra points.

Not to mention I akready explained why Neji can't seal her Byakugou no jutsu ( which would heal her wounds ).
3. Can Neji fly and rotate at the same time? I doubt it.
8. Madara compared her speed to Ay's. Tsunade reacted faster than him when Madara attacked them with fireballs. They wrere both able to react quickly after the teleportation ( which most likely even blinded them for a moment! ). Last but not least Tsunade was able to follow Ay's speed and react to it.

I'm not saying Tsunade is as fast as Ay, but their reaction time is more or less equal.
