Hiruzen can't beat Tsunade. She immune to all of his attack, and will possibly break his summon.
Kakshi....don't play, the someone had the nerve to put base Kakshi, Kakashi knows his place.
Tobirama can't really kill Tsunade either, he known nothing to defeat her, And decapitation is Fanfiction, Tsunade reflexes can counter his attack, same goes with Minato.
In order for these two, to try and deal a fatal blow they risk the chance of being punched. So it basically hit and run, and Tsunade tanks all of the Rasengans, and bombs they throw at her. And frankly she outlast both of them. Feel free to tell me how those under Tsunade defeats her

Hashirama - I really don't see how Naruto counters Hashirama's mokuton. It's basically Naruto's weakness...
Tsunade -Fun fact, Regneration, Superb Taijutsu, Super strength, and Boss Summon. Beast Level Chakra. (You guys underrate her too much. And overrates the abilities of the latter.)
Minato (Though he is faster than Tobirama)
Tobirama (Minato only did all he did because he was an Edo with KCM and Sage Mode, alive he could never do those things, Regneration counter the flying thunder God slash thing, and judging from the way he attack, I don't think he can deliver blows that would decapitate, only strike. If that was the case, he would be able to defeat hashriama)
