She is apparently stronger than Shinki. Or at least Suna thought more of her for the chunin exams and she was called Suna's hope. She was expected to make the final. She apparently uses ninja tools, but we don't know how she fights. I hope Kishi will at least release some more notes on some of these chunin exam characters. He had to have more notes on their development. They are woefully underdeveloped right now.

Well Himawari is also a Uzumaki along with Boruto. So her potential is also interesting if you compare her with Boruto.

I would say Sarada and Himawari are pretty close, it depends. Imagine if Himawari learned Sage Mode when she's an Adult and combined it with the Hyuuga stuff. That would make for a badass kunoichi, and she definitely ain't a Hinata.

I'll put Yodo under them of course, because you know this manga is now ruled by lineage and bloodline aside from skill and training.

Seriously? Sarada is not just the strongest girl, but the strongest one in her generation.
Only Boruto and Shikadai are on par with her, but in my opinion, she takes them both out in a combat.

Himawari has a lot of potential, but she's still too young.

She's a random character from the Sunagakure Village, the novel talks more about her but that's all fan fiction.
