strongest generation of kage?

which of the generations of kage is most likely the strongest? since we don't know some of the other kage im putting the ones we do know and have shown some skills, and the last is an assumption

1st gen: hashirama
2nd gen: tobirama, 2nd mizukage,mu,
3rd gen: hiruzen, 3rd raikage, onoki, 3rd kazekage
4th gen: minato, A, 4th kazekage, yagura
5th gen: tsunade, gaara, mei,
6th gen(maybe): naruto

think of their combined power if they were to go up against an enemy. so which generation would be stronger?

This question wont work out , what it should be like which number of kages, fr example the 1st kages of the villages vs the second kages vs the third kages and so on, seeing how some are in different generations or even more then one.

3rd by far , the 3rd hokage is the strongest, 3rd raikage is the strongest, 3rd kazekage is the strongest

4th mizukage is strangest

2ed Tsuchikage is strangest (unless he has really low chacra as some people think)

I thought Hashirama had Muu & 2nd Mizukage as their kages? Most of the OP Kages are from Hashiramas generation
