What fruits do you think are the strongest of each type and what fruits do you think are the potential to be really powerful but are stuck in the hands of the mediocre.

Paramecia: Gura Gura or Fujitoras
Zoan: so far either Marcos or Sengokus

Most wasted fruits
Goro Goro, Noro Noro, Bomu Bomu, as of now the Yuki Yuki and finally the Numa Numa

Logia - Yami Yami no Mi
Zoan - Hito Hito no Model: Daibutsu

Strong fruits in weak hands:

Paramecia - Bara Bara no Mi
Logia - Numa Numa no Mi
Zoan - Monosuke's fruit, Dragon Zoan (however I due believe in time he will master it and combine it with his fathers swordsmanship, making it very OP)

Weak Fruits in strong hands:

Paramecia - Gomu Gomu no Mi
Logia - Suna Suna no Mi (may not be strong atm, but Crocodile did max the fruit out to its potential by being able to absorb water)
Zoan - Hito Hito no Mi: Model Daibutsu

Overall weakest fruits:

Smoke... it can burn and intoxicate us. But can also freeze us from the inside out depending on the temperature.

I mean imagine if someone like Luffy or Garp had that fruit. They'd literally be unstoppable.

DoFlamingos DF(ito ito no mi = string string fruit) is the worst fruit for an ordinary guy, it'll really get you screwed
But in the hands of a skilled master like him it'll be deadly..

Kizarus DF(pika pika = shine shine) is the best DF for a weakling coz it's a logia plus it makes you move quick and shoot super strong lasers..
