Chiyo pulled the strings for a significant about of time true but in Chiyo's own words Sakura was reading through sasori's attack patterns and didn't need Chiyo at a point. So come again? Chiyo would have never made it past sasori's first puppet without Sakura's strength and most certainly wouldn't have won without her antidote.

While it is true that Chiyo praised Sakura as she started to see through the pattern of Sasori's attacks, she never once stated that Sakura did not need her in the fight.

The reason for that is because Sakura by herself, while having familiarised herself with the Iron Sand's attack pattern at Sasori's hand, she still greatly lacks the reaction speed needed for her to actively evade it without Chiyo's constant aid, something she admitted herself to be lacking earlier in that fight.

Furthermore, as we've seen much earlier in the manga, this is very important in a fight, as precognition, even with the Sharingan, is virtually useless when your body is unable to react to your opponent's speed. Case and point, I refer to Sasuke versus Lee.

Lastly, I will also add that saying Chiyo could not make it past Sasori's first puppet when she still held onto her not only the mother and father puppets but also the ten puppets of Chikamatsu up her sleeve is very doubtful to say the least.

However, I do agree that without Sakura Chiyo would most likely not have won the fight and, in a very, very optimistic scenario, the best we could hope for was her taking out Sasori while dying herself soon thereafter from the poison's effects.

And thus I rest my case....

Y'all using kuro as being kage means nothing


Sakura is basically the 1/3 hokage as shown in gaiden, and could've been hokage (tsunade )

Also you guys never use that argument when somebody is going against tsunade

There aren't enough feats after Shippuden that can allow us to determine who is stronger. Temari was no doubt stronger during the war arc though.

Temari probably still wins in a fight. Kurotsuchi's lava techs and suiton techs can be blown away whereas Kuro can't block Temari's fuuton with her level of doton, suiton or lava. Kurotsuchi can win if she manages to close the distance but Temari can execute a ninjutsu faster than Kurotsuchi can close the distance and punch Temari.

Kurotsuchi could use hiding like a mole to catch Temari off guard like she did to Kinshiki but Kinshiki was reeling back his sword and in no position to dodge so we can't use this as a feat of Kurotsuchi being able to do this to anyone below his reaction speed. Also when Kurotsuchi pops out, the opening up of the ground will cause noise allowing Temari to prepare a fuuton and blast Kurotsuchi before she can get out and strike Temari.

If you're gonna revive a month old thread for the sake of a discussion, at least do so with a proper argument

What your argument proves is that Sakura can see Sasori's sand coming, which I never denied. You claim Chiyo's statement (refering to her ability to predict Sasori's movements at that) proves me wrong, but she never even specifies this statement.

Furthermore, even if she were to say, "Sakura can dodge his blows", that is still a baseless statement as Chiyo, up to this point, has yet to see Sakura fight without her chakra threads controlling her, meaning she has little to no idea on Sakura's reaction feats and what she would and would not be able to pull off by herself.

Plus, lets not forget that Sasori made this claim WHILE Sakura was still being controlled by Chiyo, so again, it doesn't mean much. And lastly, your entire assumption on my Lee scan is incorrect, as my point still remains. Sakura and Sasuke could both see their opponent's movements, but neither of them have the physical feats necessary to properly react at this point in time. It is quite literally the same situation.
