you guys under rate wind... only because not much wind user... Danzo probably has the best Wind techs. I was hoping they keep him alive to show naruto a thing or two. also think about this, no wind/ air = no water and fire. water is partially oxygen. cut off oxygen and the fire goes out.

it works both ways...close in the air around the opponent eventually he would burn himself...

Wind style. All wind style users shown in manga are beast. Lightning is good too but I'm going with wind.
