Well, what is the strongest current village. Not konoha due to invasion and thevillageof ligtning is probz desroyed by tbb of juubi. Suna is a pretty vlid since its a wind village and i hv this gut feeling tht it has some true geniuses in it(gaara etc) and some amazin ridiculous techniques(puppet and sand)

A clone of BM Naruto would solo the Raikage, and most of their top men.
Same thing for the Mizukage.
Same thing for the Kazekage (maybe).

the strongest village would prob onooki's at the moment the suna doesnt get screen time and when it does it is bad screen time they r pretty strong in thier own right

the lighting seems strong as well so it may tie with onooki village

the mist is by far the weakest village

leaf always is portryed the strongest but thts only due to the screen time it gets for housing the main character naruto so there for they show all their strongest shinobi

Konoha, but not for the actual shinobi. The will of fire is a plot device made by Kishimoto to make sure that even if a character is killed off a stronger one takes their place. We haven't heard of anything like that in other villages so Konoha is probably the best around.

Gaara is the only really comparable to those four Konoha shinobi, and even then, Naruto, Tsunade and Gai are too much for him.

I believe the strongest village existed now is only the alliance, coz the ranking could serve every village ill and desperation for power, somehow it must be stopped after this war.
