strongest current kage

I'd say Gaara wins in a tourney, but there's no "most powerful" kage. They're well-balanced imo:
The ultimate medic with the ultimate strength,
top 3 speed blitzer in the series with a tank for a body,
woman with two potent KKG,
a one-shot KKT and some unique doton,
and the 2nd best defense in the NV.

Onoki has the best jutsus for offensive attacks.. while Tsunade is the best support ninja with unparalleled medical jutsus and nigh-immortality..

these 2 were the only ones stepping up against Madara.. Ay has done almost nothing (save when being supported by Onoki) while Mei only managed to counter the katons and Gaara well, sealing and defense..

i chose Onoki to be the best over-all, but if not for Tsunade, all of them are dead now..
