I think the Hyuuga and Uzimaki shouldn't be counted seeing as how they are both said to be relate to one of the 2 major clans, (Uchia and Senju).

Senju produced the strongest warrior but the Uchiha as a whole is more powerful.

Naruto and Tsunade are pretty strong people of the Senju clan due to their durability. (Uzimaki are related to Senju)

I wouldnt say fodderize. The hyuuga have very strong close range jutsu. Any uchiha or senju who faces Hyuuga better be a pro at taijutsu or else they lose.

Sakura isnt from a clan, she has normal parents and no other known relatives who are ninja. She just from your everyday family, but decided to join her military.
And apparently, Minato has no specific clan either, theis "Namikaze Clan" is fiction made up by fans. Not ever ninja has a ninja fmaily background.
