Im thinking based on a vs stand point 1 vs 1 who wins.. Scarlet Witch has the greatest potential but she can be bested and at this point is limited in her power of hex/magic due to focus...

Vision is by far the strongest.

A single beam shot tore right through War Machine's armor and another took down a building. All that he'd have to do is fly high above and snipe everyone. They had to make him non-aggressive throughout the whole situation because he could kill everyone if he wanted.

He also has an infinity stone which gives him insane potential.

What I was wondering about was Cap's ability to overpower Spider-Man in physical combat when Spidey shat on Bucky, and proven to be dead equal to Cap in strength but a bit weaker.
