i apologise for posting a reasonable list which actually applies to possibilities , zoro will be lucky if he is to surpass the current admirals , no doubt he will achieve that level of strength but i doubt he will be strong enough for top 10

there is something called aging , by the time zoro is mihawks age mihawk will be far weaker , no yonkou's first mate is above admiral tear strength so far and i don't think thats gonna change , tashigi is always one step behind smoker , there are 10 years of one piece for him to get promoted to admiral (at his current level , low tier vice admiral he should be fleet admiral EOS considering how he went from a mere commodore at the start of the series) which is why i believe tashigi will become an admiral

You do realize that even though Zoro and Mihawks fight will happen after 5 years (IRL), if anything they'll age by a few months. So by the time Zoro reaches WSS, he'll be less than 25 (if anything) so that's his prime. Meaning he'll be either equal to or > an Emperor by EoS.

No other first mates will become as powerful as Zoro/Rayleigh though. He'll be the only one to be nearly as strong as his captain, that's what makes him and Luffy special duo. Rayleigh was ridiculously strong when he was younger. Iirc when he was protecting the strawhats from Kizaru and Kuma appeared he said; "If I was younger I'd be able to protect you guys from both Kizaru and Kuma." Or something along those lines.

i'm sorry that i have an opinion sir. but you must understand that usopp will never be as strong as you want him to be , now he is maybe about as strong as luffy when he fought blueno or a little bit weaker , there is less of a chance of usopp being in the top 30 than tashigi being an admiral which is actually quite possible , and if she isn't an admiral then a high tier vice admiral is still a strong likelihood.

Ugh, Urouge... He's a cool character, but he's like one of the weakest out of the Supernovas. Pre TS, I'm guessing he could defeat Bonney, Capone(hate him) and Killer. POSSIBLY Zoro as well, but that would be extremely high diff for him.
