>General Abilities<
Silent Fist: Shira is able to cloak himself in a specific type of chakra that allows him to attack silently, meaning the traditional method of countering Taijutsu via sound will not work on him. Significant force can blow away this chakra though.
Seven Heavens Breathing Method: More or less a rip of the Eight Inner Gates. He gathers large amount of oxygen to increase his lung capacity fourfold, which also dramatically boots his speed and strength.
Tenketsu Blocking Strikes: Gives him the ability to block the chakra points one needs in order to open the Eight Inner Gates.
>Few Feats<
*Keeping pace with unweighted Lee
*Blocking 8 Trigrams with his bare hands
*Holding his own with gated Lee until the upper gates
*Tanking gated Lee's attacks until the upper gates
*Propelled Gaara quite some distance with a single kick, and breached his sand while in base.
